Stained Glass 3-D Chinese Junk Boat

This eye catching red sail dragon junk boat was created with love in our studio.  These ironic sail boats have long been one of the definia symbols of the Chinese Naval warfare,  travel , fishing  , trading merchandise and religious ceremonies.  
  This handcrafted red sail dragon junk boat is made out of a lustrous lead casted silver color with a vibrant ruby red glass sail which is infused on a 5x5 round wood plaque of sparkling sea of blue glass stones. That is grouted with sparkling white sand.  
  The dragon head on the junk boat on the upper deck are hamage to the traditional Dragon boat. The Dragon boat is normally present in religious ceremonies.  
  The sails were red because they tanned them to protect them from the elements.  They dipped them in tannis extracted from the bark of oak trees.  
  Junk boats first appeared in China during ( 2026 BC - 220 AD)
Measurements: The boat itself is 3 1/4 inches tall x 3 inches wide. 
With the base : 4 1/2 inches tall x 5 inches wide. 
Wood Plaque is 5x5.
